I have been using machine from Kenwood for long time one of the trusted brand i know. And this small processor like a joy in my little kitchen it's my third hand too. Disappointed
I’m very disappointed with this product. Despite being sparingly used, it has already started malfunctioning. The threads are coming loose and mixing into the dough during kneading, which is extremely unhygienic and unsafe. Although it is still under warranty, the official distributor Jashanmal refuses to provide repair support because it was purchased from Amazon. This is unacceptable for a product from a reputed brand like Kenwood.
