Dark Tales is a light game that seams to do great in are game group. Each expansion has a different play style feel to it.The 3rd Expansion adds alot character cards that play in front of you and new tiles added to gain extra victory points during the ballroom dance.~ You do need the core game to play!! This expansion adds a few things to the Dark Tales game. The main one is "balls" which occur after three cards have been discarded. At that point players pair up the male and female characters they have in play and obtain victory points. The new cards from this expansion provide characters who give bonus points during these balls, although any cards work.It's interesting as are the new items, but nothing here is a huge game-changing addition. And I think some of the other expansions offer more. This is just... passable.
