My husband and I have been taking the Tumeric for 4 weeks. By the 3rd week I suddenly realized one day that my joints weren't hurting and asked my husband how he had been feeling since on Tumeric and he too noticed he was not in much pain after yard type work and none on days he is not doing stenuous activities. He has shoulder pain and I have knee pain. I also don't think we are having as many "senior moments". It has not upset our stomachs or caused any discomfort. So far we are pleased and plan to keep taking it. I ordered each of us a 3 month supply to give us more time to see if we notice a difference.

I was afraid I would have trouble getting these capsules down but the veggie capsule is so much easier than the kind pharmaceuticals use. A functional medicine doctor suggested I use turmeric to help control my inflammation and autoimmune responses. I find it easy to take this and I believe it is helping. If you are looking for an instant cure, there isn't one. But turmeric helps reverse a life-long process and when combined with a healthy diet, promotes healing.I have found Spring of Life easy to work with. I believe they really care about health and quality of life.

Need to continue use for another week to experience the benefits. Enjoy having a capsule. I have been using it as a spice in food, like scrambled eggs with pepper (turmeric needs a healthy fat and pepper in order to be absorbed by the body)

I love taking Turmeric. The arthritis in my fingers as well as carpel tunnel symptoms have come to a complete halt due to the anti-inflammatory nature of Turmeric. As recent as one year ago, my index finger use to wake me in the middle of the night due to burning pain. I couldn’t straighten nor contract my finger dur to swelling and pain. I no longer have the pain, just slight burning sensation for a couple of seconds. Then it’s go.

I have issues with swelling and heard turmeric was an anti inflammatory. I had tried another brand which was okay but took a long time for me to see a difference. This one it's about a week and on the 2nd day you could already feel a difference. I gave some samples to a friend who got sick and she was feeling better by the 2nd day of taking it also. Defenitly recommend this product to everyone.

I liked how it relieved my pain.

After beginning to take the tumerick, I was able to stop taking 1 dose of my arthritis meds.
