Great looks, good connectivity, good sound.
First, I like this little guy so much that I bought a second one to use at my brother's house. I love the retro sorta-steampunk aesthetic (this would fit right in to Dr. Frankenstein's lab), I like the connectivity, and I like the sound. My only gripe is that I wish it would get quieter. Sometimes in the evening I'd like it to be quieter than the minimum volume setting; the volume goes straight from "off" to "not as quiet as I'd like." For normal daytime use, this isn't an issue. For the unit that I'm using by my workbench in the garage, it certainly isn't an issue. And if you're using it with a source that has an independent volume control, it wouldn't be an issue, but I'm usually using it with a thumb drive and sometimes I want it to be quiet enough that I can hear it but maybe nobody else in the house can. Yeah, I should get headphones . . .Anyway, great little unit, great aesthetics.

One happy musician!
I wanted something that sounded really good and warm. I wanted clarity and power and the optical was a must have.Let's be honest very few things have RCA or composite connectors these days..The price of this amplifier is a fantastic bang for your buck! After hooking up some bookshelf speakers I cranked this up and it nearly brought a tear to my eye! I was so happy!Nothing about this unit looks or feels cheap. It was easy to set up and it's got the warmth you want. It connected effortlessly to Bluetooth and optical.I'll recommend this to my friends and family. Super awesome!

Fantastic for the price
I wanted better sound for my office so I paired this amp with Micca RB42 speakers. The speakers are rated at 8 ohms but the manual says they vary between 4 and 8. The Douk amp drives them with ease.I paired an ipad via Bluetooth and the sound is great for a Bluetooth connections. The amp reproduces the sound without distortion. Bass is good, mids are clear and defined, treble is good without being bright. The bass and treble adjustments are useful if you want a little more punch on either end.I bought this amp at around $100, the speakers were about $200 - it's a $300 near-audiophile system.

Decent sound with real output is 2x50W
The good:Sound is decent. To me, with kef q150, it sounds subjectively better than Fosi mc331 or aiyma t9 especially via bluetooth. Knobs feel and act solid. Tone control is acceptable. The not so:Hate the 3.5mm line out. Yes I get it, it was designed with powered speakers in mind but still i dislike itThe stupid:200W per channel my posterior! With 30v 4A power supply the theoretical consumption cannot exceed 120W which means 50W per channel is the real maximum. And it shows. The aforementioned kef q50 won’t power more than 50% with volume on the max. For a desktop use it’s plenty. For a living room it’s a stretch.

Great Sounding Compact Tube Amp
Had an old Sony surround stereo that just died after twenty years use and I need a replacement for my computer setup. Wanted to try a tube amp and was tired of the heat and space of the old amp. Bought this and I must say it does sound great driving my pair of Klipsch RP-160M speakers. I use the system to listen to jazz and alternative and it creates an impressive sound stage. I operate this in a small office and it fills the room quite nicely. If you don't crank your music a lot this amp sounds great. Also, I replaced the original tubes with the Riverstone Audio - Tested/Matched Pair (2 Tubes) 7-Pin JAN 5654W Fully-Tested Vacuum Tubes for kicks and giggles and they do sound a little better but it's hard to do a real A/B test.

Great Pre-amp/Amp. Very versatile.
I use the unit solely as a preamp into KRK powered studio monitors. I bought it for my record player, but I also use the blue tooth function for playing video/music from the PC. I'm a guitarist and know quite a bit about tube amps, so let me dispel some things others have said in reviews.1. The tubes are not for looks, they are used in the preamp circuit, one is for left side the other is for right.2. If you want to use this as a preamp, simply use the aux out jack in the rear to input into your amp or powered speakers. You can also use the power amp functionality if your using passive speakers.3. The VU meter works perfectly fine.4. The EQ on the unit work great, HI/Low. very warm sounding unit.5. The blue tooth function is great, I didn't test the range, but when I switch from RCA (record player) to blue tooth, it connects very fast which is nice.6. I run the unit in an enclosed cabinet, I have no issues with heat. It's not like a guitar amp that has power tubes, your not gonna get that hot. However I am only using the preamp side, using the amp outputs may generate more heat, but I cant imagine its much.Bang for the buck, this thing is amazing and totally what I needed for the record player. Boosts the signal great and adds warmth, added benefit of blue tooth input. Also, if you want to upgrade the sound (a bit warmer and a bit better volume) update to this model of tubes. I compared side by side, very nice. (5654W)https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BFJDTW0?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

More power than competitors, excellent sound
Got it for my main setup and sounds great. I got the fosi audio competition for my second room and to check the different chipset and build. Excelente sound and best power at price point.

A Little Big surprise
At first when I read other reviews I spectacle that a small device could create a better performance in my 50+ year old receiver... when I first turned it on the sound came through warm and clear.
