Fantastic product! I purchased it to coat the inside of a large cast iron pot (sugar kettle) that I use as a fountain. Since the product is an epoxy, mixing in the proper ratios is important. I blended with isopropyl alcohol as suggested in the directions to allow increased workability and extend the time allowed before hardening (definitely recommend this option). It went on easily as I poured it directly on the surface and smoothed with a paint roller. The coverage is about what the directions indicated. I applied two coats since my surface was very rough, and the two-pack was helpful. So far, the product looks amazing! We’ll see how durable it is - hoping for years of life!

I'm pretty advanced with composites, fiberglass, epoxies, resins, etc. and worked with all different types of resins, epoxies, and catalysts. To my knowledge, this is probably one of the worst I've worked with due two factors.The first issue is that the product itself has poor adhesion. No matter how you prep the surface, it will have significantly worse adhesion than regular latex paint. Other people have said this, but this product will peel or flake even when mixed properly.The other issue is very poor quality control. I bought a bunch of kits all at the same time.and same color. They all came in different packaging, some had labels, some were in plain cans in cardboard boxes, some had date stapms, some had hand written sharpie labels. All of them had different consistencies. Some were super thick (before mixing) and some were way thinner. Some kicked off way faster than others.I have no idea what is going on with this product, but I wouldn't buy it. There are some "influencers" on platforms like YouTube that push this product, but if you dig deeper, you find folks that will echo this review.If it worked as advertised and there was consistency in the product, it would be great. Unfortunately, it falls way short.
