Q: Can be used with a specialized mtb rear tire and shimano 10 speed changes?

This axle is for quick release hubs and the max outside width of the rear dropouts on your bike can be 150mm.

Q: Will this fit a Wahoo snap trainer?

It should work with the Snap as well, although Wahoo also makes a QR skewer specifically for the Snap.

Q: How many mm from the face of the quick release to the nut, with the nut at the end of the threads?

Not totally sure what you are asking but with the nut threaded to the end of the skewer, the space between the nut and QR is about 155mm

Q: The axle that came with my trainer fits one side, but it narrows on the other end and won’t fit through… any suggestions on what I should use?

This axle fits my old Tacx T190025 iMagic trainer. Without knowing what the make and model of your trainer is, it will be difficult to answer your question.
