⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent 2040 V Gantry Plate Kit – Smooth & Reliable This 2040 V gantry plate kit was a fantastic addition to our 800x600 mega laser project, which we built from scratch. The parts fit perfectly and work seamlessly, giving the laser an impressively smooth motion. Compared to our smaller setup, this one runs far more efficiently and with greater precision. The laser is easy to move both manually and via the automatic control panel, making operation effortless. Overall, we’re extremely impressed with the quality and performance of this kit – highly recommended for any serious laser build.

Doesn't fit either 2040 or 4040
Bought because it says it's compatible with both 2040 and 404 v slots. It doesn't fit/work with either. I've given it 1 star because it's well made - but as it doesn't fit, it's useless . :(

Works great. I think most of the people that have left bad reviews don’t realize these have concentric nuts that require tweaking for fine tuning. One side has fixed wheels and the other can be adjusted for width. With a 10mm wrench you can dial in a nice fit.

Erfüllt ihren Zweck ! Gekauft um mein Nejee Laser zu vergrößern. Die Platte ist gut verarbeitet ! Mann sollte aber vielleicht in der Beschreibung erwähnen dass eine 3er Rollen Seite Fest ist ! Und die andere wo man mit einem Schlüssel arbeiten kann, dient zum einstellen !! (Hätte ich das gewusst - hätte ich vor 2 Jahren meine Aluprofile nicht für was anderes zweckentfremdet :-D ) Deshalb erwähne ich es mal hier

I got this gantry plate kit for a project I was working on to slide an object down a rail in my workshop. It’s the same setup where I used the foot pedal switch to control the motion. The kit worked well and was compatible with my 2040 V-slot aluminum extrusion profiles. The wheels roll smoothly, and the plate feels sturdy enough for my CNC setup. Assembly was straightforward, and it handled the movement without any wobbling. Good addition to my project, and I’d recommend it if you’re building something similar with V-slot rails
