Jura J80 Automatic Coffee Center

We absolutely love our Jura. We bought refurbished one and although it stopped working after only 4 coffees, Jura customer care stepped in and after just 5 days we had another one sitting in our kitchen. it’s been 2 months since and we haven’t had any issues. Shout out to Rebecca from Jura service for helping and guiding us through the biggining of our Jura journey.It makes getting up in the morning so much easier. It takes about 3 minutes a day to clean it and prepare it for the next day.It already asked us to do monthly cleaning which is very easy to do, just make sure you have the cleaning tab ready.Update:A full year later and it still makes delicious dreamy cappuccinos. 👍👍

It makes great tasting coffee but it requires high maintenance. I use it daily to make one cappuchino coffee and if I do not wash it every day with the milk cleaner the frother will not work. Even if I use water to rinse the frother system after every use it will still malfunction without fully disassembling the frother and immersing in in water with the milk cleanser fluid. It is a real hassle.

Great product, so far so good. Very very expensive item, but was able to get it on sale at still a very expensive price. You can taste the quality, currently using medium roast beans. Had the product for 3 days and have made a dozen or so various cups. Will provide an update as I continue to use the machine.
