Es un excelente producto, en mí ya tengo 15dias consumiéndolo y puedo decir que es poco pero se ven los cambios, sin embargo el sabor a chocolate no lo recomiendo sino tomas a diario bebidas en base a leche o cafe, tiene un punto a favor y es que si hace ayuno intermitente es full recomendado porque el café no corta el ayuno y el colágeno de chocolate tampoco así que lo recomiendo para los coffee lovers, de todos modos seguiré probando más sabores hasta conseguir el indicado para mi en cuanto a sabor.
