We have a home gym. It has a concrete floor because when knew when building our home we were going to use the space as a weight room so we intentionally did not put flooring down. (It's in our finished basement.) I had two teenage boys at the time (now adults) and we purchased this flooring to help with the noise and to protect the floor from accidents.I initially put this flooring down in 2017. It's was super easy to install, wall to wall. It does get thinner over time, but I just recently replaced our flooring, so it lasted a good 8 years. There weren't any holes or any significant reason to replace it other than normal wear and tear. This flooring has been used and abused daily and has held up very well. I highly recommend it. It's relatively inexpensive and easy to put down, it can be cut to fit with a utility knife or scissors if necessary. We have two golden retrievers, they don't normally go in there, but their paws/nails don't hurt it and it's easy to clean with a broom or vacuum. We also clean it weekly with disinfectant. We have never been let down by CAP products, great quality without breaking the bank!

These are not heavy duty or suitable for weightlifting. They dent easily, and the padding is thin, but they are still great for cheap, temporary padding in an area. When leftover, they work great under an area rug as a padded spot.No defects encountered.

These are a must have for your home gym. They are cushiony enough for comfort (floor exercises, children running around, etc.) but also sturdy enough to withstand weight equipment on them. They are also so easy to clean, I just mop over weekly and it dries easily and quickly. They seem to fit and piece together very well and if I need more, I certainly will be coming back to purchase them here!

They’re easy to put together

We used these for under our pool to give a little extra cushioning for our toddler and it worked out perfectly. They feel great and they were easy to connect. They’re made from a great material and they were a good price I couldn’t find anywhere else that provided the amount of pieces I ordered for the price I paid. Great, cheap flooring option for an unfinished basement. Easy to install, and trim when necessary. Some reviews mentioned the edge pieces not matching up, but I only encountered that when making shapes that were non rectangular: I.e. inside corners. Even then it's just a small cut needed to make everything flush. The material is soft but supportive, and cleaning seems easy enough, just a light spritz with water and my Swiffer cleans it right up.

Locked together well and plenty of extra edge pieces to match setup. However, be careful with these, the mats aren't slippery themselves but after walking on these my socks and shoes slide around on my hard wood floor like crazyyy. Probably a break in period thing, but definitely almost crashed hard a few times.

They work as advertised. Exactly what I was looking for, allowing me to work with heavier weights without worrying about destroying my floor.
