You don't hear many people raving about ramen but to me, they are a convenient comfort food.They were my go-to lunch when I worked as a prison nurse. I bought them from the canteen frequently. And it was love. I don't know about the sodium content or if they are healthy (they're good, so my guess is no, lol). What a delicious soup, though. They arrived well within expiration date. Highly recommend for an easy comfort food.

Its the same cup noodles you grew up with as a kid. Tasty and unhealthy with barely any nutrients. Just eat it for the decent calories and quick meal.
