Better than expected !
Very happy with this product. Love to bake and needed a zester and this was perfect. Other graters were difficult. This was so easy, sharp did its job and very easy to clean. Would highly recommend . Also worked great with mozzarella cheese!

Absolutely PERFECT zest with no trouble at all!
How did I live without this and even think for a nanosecond that I could get zest off of citrus?? What a little miracle of zesting perfection this is. It feels like you're running the lemon (or lime) with hardly any pressure but the color is gone from the lemon - but just the zest - all the pith is intact and you have PERFECT zest on the other side of zester. SO EASY. SO PERFECT. And I promise I really tested it: I zested five lemons to make lemon bars (which were delicious by the way) and FELL IN LOVE with this. What a joy to use! And easy to clean as well.

The best hard cheese grater and zest! The metal is very sturdy and sharp.It makes the perfect light and snowy mound of my favorite hard Italian cheeses.I makes grating lemon and lines a breeze. Finely grated my garlic too.Can't wait to try it with chocolate for decorating desserts.Excellent product.Just buy it.
