This is fab! My first couple of tries I was convinced I was doing it wrong and that it wasn't sitting correctly (I use a cup normally) but it was correct after all and it wasn't slipping down like I thought. It arrived part way through my period so haven't tested it with a heavier flow just yet but it coped great on the mid and last few days. Bought it due to the USP of being able to wear during intercourse and I can confirm that it was great, no mess, it stayed in place and while my husband could feel the edge of it during movement he said it wasn't uncomfortable for him and felt fine. Really impressed and removal I've found easy as that was something I was worried about but honestly don't let it put you off I had no problem with it at all. This still leaks a little bit but I've given birth several times. It's much better, though, to only wear a liner, even at nighttime. It has a more rigid rim than the other one I used and stays in place well. I can't feel it when it's in place.

I have always used a menstrual cup but decided to take the jump and try the Ziggy cup. I love it. This is the perfect size for me, and I do not have leaks. It takes a few cycles to really get an insertion method going, but it's very easy and comfortable after!

It is comfortable and I really feel very good with it, but it cannot be used without additional protection - for me, it is menstrual underwear.
