Cheez-It use to be my favorite cheese crackers until I educated myself on the horrible ingredients they use. One of them is TBHQ which is petroleum. No more Cheez-It's for me. I'm not vegan but I try to eat the healthiest and best tasting products I can find. These vegan chips are absolutely delicious. The vegan cheddar seasoning they use tastes just like a dairy product. They are slightly softer than Cheez-It's which is a plus for your teeth. Overall, very flavorful and its hard to believe a product that tastes this good is vegan. All the one star whiners that are saying the cheese flavor tastes bad must have abnormal taste buds. I will definitely purchase these again and again.*I placed this order in September of 2019 and the (3) bags I received had a "Best Before" date of November 2019 which is acceptable. A "Best Before" date doesn't mean you need to discard the product after that date. It is still healthy to consume beyond that date and your taste buds will probably not notice a difference. I don't know why so many people complain about the Best Before date being too soon. You will live to see another day if you eat these after the Best Before date and they won't taste bad. Just appreciate that there's a company out there trying to make things healthier. If you want a Best Before date that's 1-2 years ahead go get those Cheez-It crackers with petroleum.

I would give it a 10 star for not adding sugar. Very hard to find foods that are actually sugar free. For the product, I admit it took me a little while to get used to the taste, being vegan I find that to be fairly common with many replacement foods. If you are looking to replace cheez-its or cheddar fishies, this probably wouldn't be the best options. If you are looking for a cheese alternative chip with a healthier taste, this would be it. The cheese taste at first was a bit overwhelming for my taste buds. I think if they can tone that down a bit, they would be spot on, but I'm giving it a five star for being a good vegan cheese chip alternative and giving credit where credit is deserved.

My husband and I cannot understand how anyone could not LOVE these! We are addicted! The only problem is we can eat the whole bag at one time! 5 servings per bag? More like 2!! They are totally yummy!!!! My review is all mine, nobody asked for this review and I received nothing in return!

I have recently developed a variety of food intolerances and have difficulty digesting most grains and starches, so cassava chips are a welcome treat. The three bags of salt and vinegar chips I ordered the first time were packed with flavor and had a great crunchy texture. LOVED. In the second batch, however, the bags had the same great texture but I could barely distinguish a very faint salt and vinegar flavor. These chips had hardly any seasoning whatsoever, so there seems to be a quality control issue.I gave the chips a four-star rating, as the first batch was so good, and I am taking a chance on ordering more right now, but I will probably lower the review to a 2 if the next batch is as flavorless as the second. Crossing my fingers.11/2020 Update: I down-graded my review to three stars. These chips remain a hit and miss with flavor intensity - perhaps 20 or 25% of bags I have received are definitively not as flavored as the others. Still, I will keep ordering them occasionally as most of the time I really love them, and the rest of the time they remain a decent grain-free chip option.02/2021 Update: Over the past year, the quality-control issue seems resolved. At least in my case, all of the bags I have received are consistently seasoned and YUMMY. Rating a 5 for flavor, texture, and healthiness of ingredients. :)

These rock! I am not supposed to eat anything with corn - my favorite snack is popcorn and corn chips. I'm amazed at how good these are - great taste, salty, crunchy - love them! They can even replace my beloved Lays - yep, they are that good.

Thought these were going to be more chip like. I love cassava chips because they're extra crunchy.These are more like a cross between a baked chip and cracker.While not what I was hoping for, they are very tasty and I can't stop eating them.

These were pretty good. Especially if you are GF. However, could be coincidence and totally unrelated but the first night I tried these I ate almost a half bag. The next morning I woke up with some crazy allergic reaction where my hands were itching and burning. To the point where I was soaking them in ice water. I could touch or do anything with my hands for 2 -3 days! It was excruciating!! Thank goodness I had aloe on hand because there was none at the stores on account of pandemic. Anyway, I ended up throwing away the rest of the chips and will never purchase again. I haven’t had any problems with my hands since. I don’t know what else it could have been. I was home on lockdown and the only new thing I did was eat these chips. So while these are very tasty, I will not be purchasing these chips again.

Let me just start this off by saying they taste AMAZING. I don’t eat gluten or dairy but I always crave Cheez-It’s & I thought they would be a similar alternative. They’re definitely not cheez-it’s but they’re still very good! However, they sent me three bags of chips that expire in 14 days! These chips expire 11/01/19...that’s ridiculous! I read several reviews where they actually sent people expired chips so I guess I should be happy that mine are actually still good. However, I would like the option of not having to eat them all in two weeks! So I deducted 3 stars because of that but gave them 2 stars because the taste is really excellent.
