Perfect Companion for Outdoor Cooking: The Blackstone Tabletop Griddle
The Blackstone Tabletop Griddle has quickly become a beloved addition to my outdoor cooking gear. It seamlessly combines high-quality materials, user-friendly design, and easy maintenance to deliver an exceptional cooking experience.Right from the start, the quality of the materials is striking. The griddle feels robust and durable, ready to stand up to the rigors of outdoor cooking. It gives me confidence that this is a piece of equipment that will accompany my camping trips for many years to come.Operating the Blackstone Tabletop Griddle is an absolute breeze. The controls are intuitive and responsive, making it easy to adjust the heat level to suit whatever I'm cooking. Whether it's burgers for a crowd or pancakes for breakfast, I can trust this griddle to deliver perfect results every time.I also appreciate the cast iron construction of the griddle surface. It was surprisingly easy to season, leading to an effective non-stick surface that further enhances the cooking process. Foods cook evenly, retain their juices, and have that fantastic grilled flavor that can only come from a quality griddle. When it comes to cleaning, the Blackstone Griddle shines again. The design ensures that the excess oil and food particles are conveniently channeled away, making the cleanup process quick and straightforward. It's an often overlooked feature that saves time and effort, particularly when camping. Finally, the compact size of the griddle makes it a perfect fit for the outdoor cooking area of my camper. It's compact enough for easy storage and transport, yet large enough to cook a decent quantity of food at once. It hits the sweet spot between practicality and performance. To wrap it up, the Blackstone Tabletop Griddle is a winner in my book. It delivers on all fronts, from the quality of the materials to the ease of use, the simplicity of seasoning the cast iron, and ease of cleaning. If you're looking for a reliable, user-friendly cooking solution for your outdoor adventures, this griddle is a fantastic choice. Five stars well earned!

Perfect size for tailgating, camping and bringing to friends house for cook outs
Already having a 36" Blackstone that has caused me to retire my gas grill. The size and portability of the 22" allows me to bring it to cook outs and now we have more juicy burgers and everything cooks faster. I seasoned with vegetable oil when it arrived and after 5 oil smoke offs the surface was ready to cook on. I purchased the propane adaptor hose to use a 20 lb gas cylinder with my unit and not the small tanks so I don't know how long a small tank lasts as I wanted to be sure not to run out of gas during a cook, but I guess for small excursions the small tanks are ok. One suggestion is to keep a small level and before using make sure cooking surface has a slight slope to the back grease drain so that cooking grease doesn't pool where you don't want it.

Great upgrade from single burner
Bought this double burner as an upgrade to my single burner version. This thing is night and day better. Near full heat coverage and better wind blocking sides. It heats up fast and cooked great. I just made bacon and swapped to pancakes. Everyone loved the breakfast. Easy clean up with some water and then just re seasoned with oil. Good to go again. Super impressed so far.

This is a real gem. Simple to assemble. Had it put together and seasoned in 30 minutes. The very next day made smash burgers. Plenty of youtube experts to show you how to maximize the 22 inch Blackstone and cook many items with it. Unlike a grill, you better have your food prepped and be ready to move fast. It took 30 minutes to cook the food, eat the food and clean this machine, from start to finish. Keep your grill if you want long and slow cooks. Use Blackstone if you are hungry and dont want to mess around.

Camping cook winner here.
Here ya go... I buy a ton of stuff for camping and cooking, I have stoves galore from 30 years in the woods. For something for a basecamp this thing is awesome. I cooked for a ton of people on it this weekend, bacon, burgers, hotdogs, grilled cheese with cold cuts, sausage, this is your grandmother's black iron skillet gone mobile. You aren't going to pack it very far, it is heavy, but this is very easy to store away and pull out for cook out, tailgating, easy setup at camp. There are several accessories that just compliment it so nicely, I can barely contain myself. Poke around at my other reviews.Update: So I ended up reading the other reviews from several people, and was a bit unhappy on some of the negativity. So in my update thought I would give you this griddle's latest story.First, ANY cast iron product you buy usually has scratch marks or weld marks on it.Second, They also come with a layer of protective oil on it under the plastic, sticky and kinda nasty agreed, however that way it isn't an actual rusty mess from the factory. That said, just as the manual says, wash with hot soppy water, clean with a salt polish, season 4-8 times. They have videos on their website, VERY clear instructions in the manual for first use!Third, I have 3 Blackstones in various sizes, 2 of them have been out with nothing but the cover on them the other commonly has to face the elements while camping. I barely get any rust ever, and it is an easy clean up to re-season if I do. Blackstone also sells a very good maintenance kit, which outlines very clearly when to use each of the parts in it to not only prevent but fix many of these issues. When I read some reviews, all I could think was your grandma taught you nothing. Finally, I have really enjoyed all 3 of my products, not to mention their support was out of this world for the couple of things I did have to address none were major issues. If you follow their written/video/the other hundreds of users that post videos, you will have an awesome cast iron product that will most likely never go bad.GO TEAM BLACKSTONE!
