I've purchased these replacement cutter/foils many time over the years and never had a problem until now. The plastic in the foil housing is too thick at one end to properly seat onto the shaver, so it's unusable. I contacted the vendor for help, but they simply noted it's out of warranty. I won't buy from this seller again.

I figured maybe this just needed some time to "settle in", but after several days of use, I'm still putting the old blades back in at the end of each shave to get some of the stubble that this one can't. And I can make the new blades hurt in a way that's impossible with the old ones. Possibly the fact that precision metals were sent in a vaguely padded soft mailer from Gina had an impact on the quality. But this is a really poor product.
