Very classy chandelier, exactly what I envisioned for our dining room. It does come disassembled and is quite heavy-we had to buy and install a heavy duty mounting assembly for it ( husband is very handy and he did it himself). We did spend the whole day attaching those little crystals, very tedious task. The seller was great-one of the plates broke during shipping and they promptly sent a replacement of just that part. Very satisfied!

Other than the time to put all the stones in place, it was easy to assemble. I’m very pleased with how this turned out. It’s a great addition to our home.

The light is beautiful, ordered two, however, one was broken. Took a while to assemble but when it was hanging, exceded our expectations. Ordered a dimmer to go with it.

I purchased this chandelier on December 4, 2023. It was professionally installed by licensed electricians the 2nd week in March. The directions were poorly written and difficult to follow. It was absolutely STUNNING when it was installed and I loved it. During my first family dinner under the sparkly beauty this past weekend, there was a loud popping sound, then smoke came from the center of the light. I contacted the electricians and they came out to look at the light yesterday. It was discovered that the interior wire that came pre-wired from the company had a short in it and there was an arc. I've included pictures of the shorted wire. When I came back to Amazon to contact the company to get a replacement mid-section of the light, it was too late for a refund and also too late for support from the company. If you purchase this, you're taking a chance that yours could have a short and potentially start a fire in your home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I wrote a bad review a week or so ago—item arrived with one broken piece. I had to send the whole box back. What a waste of resources. I reordered and the new one was just fine. It took me 20 hours to put it together. That's the only thing wrong with it. But, it would have been much more expensive if it had been partially put together. I dropped the "bowl" and broke it so it is not complete yet. I found a replacement online so I hope it fits. So, even with the bowl and bottom pieces not on the chandelier yet, it's still beautiful. If you want an awesome chandelier for a good price, and you don't mind spending hours and hours putting it together, this one is recommended. By the way, I got my refund today so it was a very timely return. Update: Got the bowl so it is finished now. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT.

This chanderlier is very pretty.It's made of good crystal glass but very heavy.

She's a beauty. It does not come with bulbs, so get those before your installer arrives. Purchase dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch because this fixture is BRIGHT. The plastic rings are obviously plastic when you look at it, but not surprising at this price point. Instructions are not thorough, so prepare to spend some time assembling. Recommend hanging before attaching swags and drops. Highly recommend a good sized medallion against the ceiling to upgrade the statement a bit.
