ETA: I still love these shoes but I have downgraded to 4 stars because they've developed a creak! A really annoying creak. Not super duper loud but loud enough that folks know I'm coming when the office is quiet. I don't embarrass easily but am finding myself cringing when I walk down the hallway. They're still incredibly comfortable and super cute. But oh, that creak...I bought these in the silvery gray. I'm a perfect size 8M (9.5" foot), so purchased the 38 since they're stretchy. The positives are that the shoe is extremely comfortable. Not just regular comfortable but sneaker comfortable. They are light, and wrap around your feet without your feet feeling like they are bound in fabric. Even though they are a heel they don't feel like a heel. And even though it's a stretchy fabric, the shoe doesn't look like your toes and bunions are all bunched up and trying to escape from the shoes.Some said it was a sexy shoe. I was thinking that this was coming from the 80 year olds who normally don't wear heels anymore. But I take it back: These shoes are just beyond cute and ARE kind of sexy, in a subtle way. Reminds me of something you might have seen Joan Crawford or Bette Davis wear back in the day.The silvery gray is mildly sparkly indoors, and much more so outdoors. At first I was a little anxious about it. I imagined that others viewed them much as an adult will view those silly little girl shoes with the studs, beads and glitter that are all the rage. Folks do comment on them, but all, all, ALL love the shoes.Normally in Euro sizes I wear a 39, but these were perfect at 38 (my foot measures 9.5 inches). If I really stretch my toes, they will hit the end of the shoe. But I really have to extend my toes for that to happen.The negatives: 1) As much as everyone loves the sparkle, I'm still not so sure 2) The heel is kind of ugly. Not horribly ugly but if I had to do it again, I'd look for one with a wedge or platform. 3) I have a very high instep and the strap digs into my foot a bit. I don't feel it at all during the day unless I move the strap. It does make my skin kind of pudge a bit. It's not until I get home at night (and I have worn them all day long, straight out of the box and NEVER had a single problem with breaking in or discomfort), when I pull them off, that I realize that it's kind of a tight fit in the strap. But not enough of a nuisance to make me consider sending them back 4) This one is a bit strange: They make my feet feel hot (like in a sneaker when you wear them without socks) but they're not sweaty. I don't notice it most of the time. But if I even begin to think about it, my feet feel even hotter. Which is hard to do when you've already focused in on how hot your feet feel. But eventually I get distracted and I'm right back to loving them.Would I buy these again? Absolutely!

They didn't fit correctly the strap across the ankle is way too big..

I was very pleasantly surprised when I received these shoes. I wear size 9/40 and they fit me like a glove. They look very cute and make my feet look actually smaller. The heal is the maximum size that I could wear comfortably. There are many variation to these shoes and some are with open toes. I have 2 pairs one is the wedge with the open toe and then these with the closed toe. When my feet get tired I switch to the open toe wedge but for the office I wear the pumps as they look very dressy.

The Bernie Mev Bonnie Pump is very cute and seems to be sowed together well. However, the insole, which is fabric, is absolutely flat - no arch whatever. I tried inserting a soft plastic arch, but found that, for me, that particular insert did not solve the flat insole problem. You can try inserting a whole insole, such as can be bought from "Dr. Scholl's". The fabric around the toes pulled in toward the toes in my regular size: one can try a size larger. Overall, the stylishness did not compensate for the poor fit. I sent them back.

I have these shoes in three colors. I wear them to work. They're comfortable and I can wear them for hours.

I bought another type of Bernie Mev shoe from Footsmart for much less on sale ($35)..I find that quality wise, that is all that they are worth...$60 to $70 is too much for these shoes..I like the shoes and will keep them, but these shoes are not worth the higher price..They are flimsy..

Great shoe - very comfortable. Wish there were more colors in my size.

These shoes are so comfortable and look cute with all kinds of different outfits. It's my first pair of Bernie Mev and I'm totally sold on them.
