Fast delivery and arrived well packaged by Amazon. Batteries not included. Remote control is lightweight, sturdy and good quality.I installed x2 AAA batteries as required. The remote control was able to connect with our Toshiba smart television immediately.It was able to power TV on or off.It was able to operate volume.It was able to change source.It was able to choose Sky.It was able to control Netflix.It was NOT able to control YouTube?This was my only reason for choosing this remote. The dedicated YouTube button. No operating or programing instructions provided in package?I have reached out for help from seller. Amazon have begun returns process.Most confused?

Waste of money
It will switch the TV on & off and the volume buttons work. That's it. No other buttons on the remote work.
