the bottle wont last too long but the tablets are good. did find similar tablets cheaper elsewhere though - brand is Dr Dolhay Femifit Lacto. HAvent tried that yet but im sure its good. similar ingredients. but multi gyn is a reliable brand, always helps - this helps flush post ahem...very simple and neat to do - and prevents thrush!

I have been using this since it was recommended to me by my doctor. They do not last for ever in my experience, but they deliver a good quantity of wash deep into my vagina (that is what it is supposed to do, after all). Past versions of this had a weakness because the female shape was incised into the plastic, and this meant that you very quickly got a pinhole at the junction of the"y", so water squirting everywhere that you wanted to get inside you. The latest one i have bought seems to have corrected this fault. I have not used the tablets that come with it long enough to judge, but i think the wash you make by adding them to the douche water is soothing -- just my impression.

it's not bad as a disposable, but the plastic is very very bad quality so no matter how careful you use it forms creases from squeezing and begins to leak badly at their intersection. Also the nozzle sometimes doesn't let the liquid go because of the air bubbles. This is way TOO pricy for this bad quality so either buy the disposable or the other medical grade

Great quality product, easy to use and clean it, very useful after surgery.

The douche is effective, cleans well and the nozzle is slender enough to insert into the vagina without much discomfort. The downside is that after a few weeks the bottle forms creases from squeezing and begins to leak badly at their intersection. So good but not durable.

I really love this product. There are no instructions in English but it's simple just crack a tablet in half put both halves in the bottle after filling it with filtered water. Theres a lot of fiz and it's ready to go.
