Quiet Life Tablets 100

It really does work!! I get stressed very easily, worry a lot and in general have found it difficult lately to relax, everybody at work have noticed this so I realised there really is something wrong. The first time I took it it I was at work, very busy and stressful day but taking two tablets made me really calm and all went ok!I would recommend it to anyone, I am in general a type of person that gets annoyed or impatient very quickly but when taking these tablets I can see I feel much better and am not stressed at all. They do not make me sleepy which is the best part so i can take it during the day even after short night sleep without feeling drowsy.

i think it ehlp me falling asleep but the problem is it also made me feel very drowsy the next day to the point i was falling asleep driving.i have to drive long hours for work so not recommended if that the case for anyone else

I didn't notice any massive affect but did seem to feel a little less stressed, i suffer from anxiety and it was silly to expect them to help very much but worth a go, not sure if they aid sleep or not but they are sugar coated so very easy to take.

Prescribed medication has always affected me more than other people, even paracetamol makes me sleepy. I've tried various herbal methods. St john's Wort made my brain foggy. Kalms, no matter how long I took them to try and 'get it into my system' didn't calm my anxieties I was having. I read about the additional herbal ingredients in this product on another site and thought I'd give Quiet Life a go.Blimey, I swear by these now! I run a business, so being on the ball is paramount, and the side effects of running a business is stress 24/7. These Quiet Life tablets work wonders for me. No foggy brain. No apparent sedative effects. Just calm. Awesome, blissful calm. I can keep my cool when all around me are losing theirs and all it takes is a couple of these tablets, no 'getting into the system' for a few weeks previous necessary!I take these when I know I'm in for a stressful day, and they help no end. If I've found myself having a particularly bad day and the jiggling leg creeps up, and stressful thoughts won't go, these tablets help. 3 tablets before bedtime stop me waking up at silly-A.M. and I only wake, without problem, when my alarm goes off!Absolute magic.

apart from making me feel nauseous this did not promote sleep, it did help me relax a little but not much, it might work for others just not for me. i give the seller 5 stars, it was fast free delivery, package was securely wrapped up. i have to add one more thing, the tablets are small smooth shiny round and very easy to swallow, 5 stars for that!

Herbal Products are very hit and miss. I suffer from insomnia /Anxiety and have been using different sleeping pills/ medication - as a result have had some bad side effects. Decided to try these out and have not looked back - you have to guzzel a lot during the day but this is expected with herbal medication......but they work! I sleep with ease now and dealing with a high pressure job has helped with my anxiety. My friend uses Kalms and thinks these do not work but for me Kalms does not work - i would suggest buying a bottle of 100 not 50 and see how it goes. Like some reviews i read about this kinda of stuff - stop expecting magical results after one or two days. Hope this helps others.

I had my baby 3 months ago so I have not had a good nights sleep for a long while! My daughter now sleeps 6 till 6 but I found when I went to bed my mind was racing and I was not able to calm down enough to go to sleep. I tried some over the counter sleeping tablets but they did not always work and if my baby woke up in the night I ended up feeling like a zombie. These tablets have really worked for me. I have noticed I fall asleep easier and the quality of my sleep is improved. At the moment I just take the 3 tablets at night so the box will last me a long time. Great price from Amazon too!

These tablets did absolutely nothing for me. I used them exactly as instructed for 3 consecutive days, taking 2 after meals twice a day and 3 at bed time but these didn't help me sleep or make me feel less stressed. After taking 7 tablets a day you'd think they would have some effect. They clearly just aren't very strong at all and I would advise against buying them if you have trouble sleeping.
