A good addition to my TVs. The 2nd one bought so far. Easy to use and download apps from the Playstore.

This box is terrible for streaming. The connectivity of WiFi and Ethernet speeds is shocking. My connection regularly speed checks 350Mbps or more on all other devices. On this is hits 2.5 over WiFi and if you’re lucky 25Mbps when using wired connection. Streams constantly stop or buffer and when i use my other android box this isn’t an issue from the same source so is 100% an issue with the connectivity of this android box. AVOID. I would give minus star rating if it were possible. Waste of money and time.

Perfect delivery

If you want to use this to watch regular TV shows, movies etc. its good. Problem comes when you want to watch LIVE streaming HD channels, I have full fibre high speed internet connected wirelessly still the streaming is not very good, it frequently gets stuck or part of the screen becomes hazy, I have this box connected via HDMI to my 75" Samsung OLED TV. I can use my TV remote to control it so that's the good part as I don't have to sit with a briefcase of remotes to watch TV. So if you are looking to watch a lot of live HD content, be aware of these issues. Rest is all good.

This is the first android TV box I've bought and the level of control it gives you is a revelation. I bought a new TV but the amount of Ad ware and Spy ware is astonishing and might be the reason for the price point they can be sold at seeing as the amount of data it would give them to sell on the open market. The android box is on Angel either. I can't change the Desktop which is terrible. On on specifications there's no need to go for anything more than really 32 GB of storage 4GB. I can't get voice search to work. Seems like the remote is the issue there.

When the box was working it was fine, some screen glitches now and again but seemed OK. However after only a couple of months the box is failing to boot and is stuck on the ADROID boot screen. DId this once before and a reset and reinstall fixed for a few weeks. Cannot even do a factory reset on the device it is just stuck. I would suggest paying more and get something like an NVIDIA Shield. I have one of those and it has been faultless for a couple of years. Only wanted this for a second room.
