Do these help with hangovers?

Yes its sourced from the Icelandic sea and taken from fish that isn’t endangered or contributing to any cruel fish farming.

Is it for after a workout?

The best...Other recovery drinks have a lot of carbs and sodium. This formula has a sodium glucose system that enters the bloodstream faster so you are rehydrated faster and get the electrolytes. I swear by them and I basically live at the gym !

For anyone who’s tried these, does it actually taste good?

No, they're awful. I tried one and that was enough for me. They don't dissolve well so it's not so much the taste being bad as they don't really taste of much but they give you a chalky mouthfeel which is horrible. I've had others from amazon which are much better.

Great so far

I know a lot of people complained about it's salty taste, but these are much better than other over sweetened electrolytes I've bought. I use two sachets in a 600ml bottle and taste decent.

Natural flavour

Has a natural flavour and not overly sweetened. If you dilute a sachet over a litre of water you don't taste it at all

Good value but tastes terrible

This is a good value for money product and I liked the idea of the flavours however the reality is they taste terrible. I have had to force it down because I don’t want to throw them out. Orange is definitely not orange flavour

What it says on the tin

They do what they should and taste great. We have a shortage of electrolyte replacement drinks here in Jersey so very happy to have these. They are in individual sachets so just add to a glass of water, simples. Would recommend
