Fortunately, this was the right part - I was unsure whether I needed an original or new design. It was easy to fit and works well.

We like the fact that this seat comes with the hinges attached. It made replacing an existing worn out seat easy: less than half an hour’s work, even for amateurs. The downstairs toilet now looks smart again.

Excellent quality and very easy to install. Yes they were expensive, but they are and feel good quality. I’ve had these for three - four months and they look brand new and are easy to clean. They also come with the little screw driver so you don’t have to faff about trying to find the right size thingy in the tool kit.

The product was exactly what we ordered to replace a broken seat (screw attaching seat and lid to loo sheared off after only 18 months) but when we attached the new seat within days a crack appeared on the lid close to the hinge. £88 for a seat and lid that will need to be replaced yet again. Not at all impressed and be really grateful if the supplier could contact us to discuss this issue.

Never having written a review about a toilet seat before I am struggling to know where to begin. Suffice to say that when the hinge broke on the seat after 7 years I was at a loss to know what to do. Superglue didn't work. I searched for the specific model using Google and immediately saw that it was available via Amazon. After breakfast I decided to investigate and begin the task of replacing a toilet seat - a sentence I had never expected to utter, never mind write in a review. Five minutes later it was all complete and I stood back to admire my handiwork. The reviews are all true - it really is simple and does exactly what it says on the packaging.
