Q: By law are they only allowed to give you a 45 day warrenty on a brand new unit? Just shows how much faith they have in their reliabilty.

I have no idea about the warranty law with regards to this head unit but, I have been using this unit everyday since March/April and have had no problems even better it's has surpassed every thing I speculated about it. I work away from home so most times it's actually on for up to 10hrs at at time and at least 45 mins before my shift starts 5-6 days a week plus every school run Latin DVDs and usb watching movies. I use two of my phones via Bluetooth and my iPod via the aux. I have connected my bass box (1000w) with a 1000w amp via subwoofer connection on the back of the unit. All in a nut shell for the price of this unit NO ONE!!! Should be complaining an if ur not satisfied with the amount of warranty then spend upwards of 380 for a Sony or one of the well known brands that do the same job most likely from same factory that they jus stamp their own brand name on am put a crazy price tag on.

Q: If you were to play a youtube clip on your iphone, would the video play through this unit? Also is the usb charger any good? Thanks

usb charger is good don't know about iPhone got a Samsung.

Q: When music is playing, what gets shown on the screen? does it show mp3 tags? cover art? radio station details? or is it just for video content?

Mp3 tags are shown if mp3 disc or card plugged in and CD information.

Q: Will it fit a Renault Clio libitre ??

It fits any 1 DIN slot just like a normal stereo. Although I wouldn't buy this one. Mine crashed after just a few days! I had to remove it and reinstall it just to get my cd out.
