Does this product work well?

It is good I would like to have more power on it but for the size of the device I believe is okay and it works

Is this a Vibrator/Masterbator of ome sort? How does this work? Why does it need a bettery for?

It is rechargeable. You sit on it and it vibrates the pelvic floor and you tighten/clench those muscles. I only found it to be moderately effective in reducing my bladder leaks after 10 weeks of use. It is not a sexual device.
