UIS Control Plug, Outlet Adapter to Connect UIS Smart Controllers to Outlet Devices

This is great! Very budget friendly for a heater setup. The plug is large but it is very easy to connect and worked immediately with my controller. I have a low watt heater that is either on or off and this works perfectly. I was able to save with this setup and it works very well with the Controller AI+. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to save some money if you already have some equipment lying around. Controls offered are for; fans (vent/circulation), heater/ac, light, humid/dehumidifier, CO2, and H2O pump. I can imagine potential in this since AC Infinity would be able to update their firmware to add more device support. This will not work for items that need an additional power initiation, meaning this essentially turns the outlet on or off. If you need to push a button on the "fan" or "heater" after plugging it in, this will not work for you.

I was using a inkbird controller, but it had it's own issues and having 2 different sensors and controllers meant larger swings in humidity. Using this, I'm able to maintain +/- 2% difference around the clock. It will force the unit on and off, but if you have your exhaust system set correctly and temperatures stable, it shouldn't be an issue. Mine clicks the humidifier on and off maybe 12-15x per 8 hours. Your milage will vary as your lung rooms conditions will be different. There is no official differential settings like the Inkbird where you can let it be within a set percentage range without turning on or off.

AC infinity has always had quality product, but sometimes they fall a bit short. This one works but has its limitations as far as what it can control. ACs always blow the unit and it’s useless. But it’s perfect for a small portable ceramic heater. It doesn’t deal with brightness so it’s only for on/off items. It’s sleek and small and just what the doctor ordered for those units that don’t necessarily connect to the AC ecosystem. Solid buy, if you know what you’re using it for!

i purchased several of these plugs with my ac infinity controller. none of them have made it through a single grow. im operating a name brand 300w led grow light. it stopped shutting it off after a month or so and ran my lights 24/7. it first happend In veg i thought it was a fluke as ac infinity is top of the line. but then another one stopped turning off the lights in flower. the controler doesn't know its not operating and ruined an entire grow.... Is what it is but I need equipment i can rely on and will not be purchasing this product again

I have several I use this to connect my fertigation/drip setup, low wattage heater, pump on home made clone, etc to the AC Infinity 69pro+ controller. Initially seemed like overkill when the existing mechanical timer works well but this is infinitely easier/better/quicker to set repeating cycles and make subsequent adjustments. Also it fits nicely on the power strip where other timers consume a lot of space. Not so good for variable schedules because AC Infinity’s controllers are particularly dumb with scheduling logic. I dislike that UIS connection comes out the side as can interfere with other items on power strip but not horrible if it happens to come with L shaped cable end- not all do. This week was tracking down anomalously high tent temperature and horrified to find that the cube I control light cycles with was stuck “on” for a couple days. Second time this has happened each time after changing timing via the controller screen. Easily dealt with by power cycling the cube and I’m thinking a power cycle after any parameter change might be a good idea but dropped rating a notch. Automation is wonderful but needs to be bulletproof!

I was little scared to try it with one of my lights, in fact it took me a week to get the courage to set it up…presto worked out of the box, I’m beside myself with this new amazing technology, my light I’m using it with is the Viparspectra XS2000, set it up last night and crossed fingers, hate to have to get up at six every morning to turn it all on, so once I figure it all out, got to laugh, I’m technology stupid…but in time I get things working…I know someone will say why not use a timer, well I tried 3 different types, and couldn’t understand the instructions, see what I mean….so now that I found AC Infinity that’s all I need…no more garbage..and thank you 🙏🏽
