The media could not be loaded. Genuine Hada Labo product, came in its original Japanese packaging. It arrived fairly quick too.I absolutely love this cleanser. I switched to using it as Dr. Dray from YouTube had recommended this - I use it alongside their cleansing oil and together as a pair it works so good. It also leaves my skin feeling hydrated and soft after each use which is rare as some cleansers can leave the skin tight and dry. This one doesn’t and I think it’s due to the fact it contains several types of Hyaluronic Acids.My skin is sensitive and I have mild rosacea on my cheeks - it has never triggered this which I’m very happy about. I pin this down to it being fragrance and alcohol free. So I would recommend this to anyone who has that skin type. It’s a good product to start off with and it doesn’t sting my eyes either. Has a mild chemical scent but it doesn’t stick to the skin so when it’s dry you can’t smell anything.You only need one pump to cleanse your face as a lot actually comes out. I love the fact you can buy a refill for this and keep reusing the bottle :). The bottle design is great, the pump is a good feature as it’s more hygienic and it’s good that it has a stopper making it suitable for travel purposes.I have nothing bad to say about this product as it has made my skin even better. Price wise I’d say it’s reasonable as you can get a refill for it and the product does last long. For the effectivity of the product it’s definitely worth the money compared to other brands which have a higher price point. This is a great and cheaper alternative. Also, this is a Japan import so naturally, it will be a bit more costly than a local branded skin cleanser.I generally recommend this product as it’s very effective yet gentle on the skin. The best thing about it is it doesn’t leave the skin dry and tight after each use :).

After I oil cleanse in the evening I use this lovely foam to clean my face. I also use it solo in the morning. It is so soft and comforting to my skin. It never irritates or causes rosacea flare ups. I’ve spent more money on other products in the past but this cleanser puts them to shame!

I'm on my third bottle probably, and while I usually order this cleanser from Japan I needed one ASAP so tried Amazon. Can happily say this is a legit product, and my favourite for morning routine.Creates lovely foam, usually only need one pump. It has a very delicate smell, nothing overpowering - as all Japanese products I've noticed.It's very gentle, I usually either just use this on its own while in the shower or following an oil cleanser first (depends if I've oil cleansed the night before).Not sure about moisturising qualities as my skin is very dry as a default so I won't rate, but this lasts FOREVER. I've had one bottle for at least six months now, and it's only about to finish but I bet there's still a few weeks of use in it.Great as you can also buy a refill when available! So keep the bottle in case refills are in stock.

It’s a really nice cleanser, you certainly don’t need to use too much. I have combination skin and it leaves my skin feeling cleansed but not tight or overly dry. I don’t think it would be suitable for dry skin - I did use a little too much the first cleanse and my skin felt a little drier than usual. It’s not particularly “hydrating” but definitely good at cleansing the skin leaving it feeling soft and supple.

Great, leaves my skin lovely and soft and without the normal dry patches!

Highly recommend for the ingredients: lack of irritants like perfume, and excellent moisturizing/hydrating agents, namely hyaluronic acid. I have used this cleanser as the second part of my double cleanse at night and as a single cleanse in the morning. I've found it to be effective, hydrating, gentle, doesnt sting my eyes which are very sensitive, and it feels suuuuuper soft on the skin. No tight feeling at all.The dispenser is made with some nifty inbuilt mechanism that foams the liquid before it dispenses to your hand, which is apparently better for the face skin because then we don't rub so hard to build up a foam from scratch. Thoughtful design in addition to the thoughtful ingredients.I happily use it twice a day and I think it'll last 3+ months easily.Get it! High quality Japanese skincare that your skin will thank you for.

Love this foam, doesn’t make the skin dry or tight, cleans and leaves hydrated

I have been using for almost a month and while it's overall nice, it does dry out my skin slightly and cause it to peel in some areas. I need to use a good moisturiser afterwards and usually apply 2 layers for it. However, it's winter and cold & windy where I am so maybe that's why it's more drying than I expected. I'm healing from a breakout from Cerave right now and was looking for a gentle cleanser - this didn't make it better but didn't make it worse either so I'm not complaining.It has a weird, sort of unpleasant scent which probably is a result of it not having any fragrances, it's not horrible so I can deal with it during that 1 minute I'm washing my face.I have sensitive combination skin, 20 years old / female.Will update, after another month or so, if anything changes.Update: So I'm still using it, the 1st bottle lasted me about 4 months which is incredible, really. It's still drying on my skin so now I only use it in the evenings after my oil cleanser. Overall, it's a good product, unlikely to dramatically change your skin for the better but also won't cause breakouts or irritation.
