Versatile, well made and thought out.
I tend to do a lot of my "planned" photography while out on my bike. Maybe for a day trip, sometimes much longer. I also tend to camp during the longer trips, sometimes with a tent, other times with a bivvy bag. Because I don't use panniers but, long before it "became a thing", cycle pack, weight and bulk are issues. For this reason, using a camera bag is not practical. There is also the simple fact that I don't really like them. I have used a number of alternative ways of keeping my cameras protected over the years while keeping them either in my rucksack or trunk bag. This, however, is the first time I even thought of using a camera bag insert and I really am glad that I did. The S-Zone is of good quality, well enough padded. not too bulky or rigid and well made. I bought a new smaller DSLR camera recently for my travels (weight and size reduction again): the Canon 200d. This fits well within the S-Zone and has room for 2 lenses: an 18 - 55 and 55-250. The three internal pockets are made by using two adjustable velcro secured dividers giving some freedom for different camera sizes and arrangements. It also has a large side pocket on the outside which I don't think is mentioned in the product description. Great for holding memory cards, filters, batteries or whatever. Like the internal dividers, the lid is secured using velcro and can be removed entirely if you want. It's not too large and fits perfectly in the bottom of at least two of my rucksacks that I have tried: a larger travel one and my small, and well used daily commute workhorse. It also fits easily into my bike "trunk bag". Indeed, I enjoy that it keeps my kit organised and can be so easily transferred, kit and all. Given the price, its cheap as chips, after all, I am likely to buy some more for other cameras and use them as organisers. Anyway, overall a great, well-made piece of kit - although, not convinced at all by its claim of being waterproof and am not risking it by trying it out. But then that's not what these are really about and not why I bought it. Although, it should offer some extra protection against the rain.

What's in my camera bag
This divider was brought to tidy my travel camera bag. When I am "camera out and about", I prefer to dress down so as to blend in, I use an old messenger bag that hides my branded camera kit and doesn't attract attention. They probably don't make this messenger bag anymore but it's really comfortable and a manageable size, however it only has small internal pockets - so the S-Zone provides protective dividers that are a slim fit and keeps my priority equipment safely packed for quick access. The protector doesn't bulk out the width and adds no discernable extra weight. ( see photo). The lenses are bulky but protection from one another is superb. The dividers' spacings are easy adjust velcro. This product is sold as a standalone waterproof protective case but it's small dimensions make it a valuable bag organiser for me. The S-Zone bag stops every thing jangling about in the bag, it ensures fumbe free, quick to hand access, it is very good quality and keeps its shape well. There's plenty of room left for drink bottles and the odd sandwich or 2 or 3, maybe 4! Out and about the camera is in my hand mostly but when it's time for home; there is a velcro detach/attaching lid for the S-Zone, and the camera goes into the bag safe from scratches or damage by other pieces of kit. Very durable, strong and lightweight it will perform for many years. Well worth the money

Good but ...
This is quite well made & for many will do the job. However for what I wanted it's not perfect: what I wanted is a bag insert to protect one camera (up to a FF mirrorless with 16-35 f/4) in a normal bag, eg backpack, when I didn't want also to use a specific camera bag). I don't particularly want room (in this insert) for an extra lens, but this insert will take my camera with lens attached and an extra lens easily and still have wasted (?) space on top (under the lid). So, for me the internal dimensions are rather too big for what I really want. I'm not complaining about that as dimensions are given, but to do what I wanted the protection is also OTT - eg much thinner material would have been adequate. The relatively thick and rather stiff material does make the whole insert unnecessarily bulky in my view. Moreover, the lid, which is of similar material, is not shaped well to fit the body of the insert so when attached (using Velcro-like strips) it not only adds bulk but it also distorts the shape of the insert at the top leaving gaps between the sides of the lid and the body. Having said all that, the insert does provide pretty good protection against knocks; what it wouldn't protect well against, however, is any spills, biscuit crumbs or the like in the main bag, because of the relatively poor fit of the lid. Despite all this I shall be using mine and no doubt most of the time I'll not notice its disadvantages.

Just what I was looking for
Soft material but strong and rigid enough to protect camera equipment. It is the perfect size for most medium size backpacks and messenger bags, not too big and not too small. Comes with two large dividers that can be attached via Velcro and also a detachable lid that also attaches via Velcro so if you want it on its fine but if you want it off also fine. In summary I am really glad I purchased this insert as it basically converts most of my bags to a viable alternative to a camera bag. I am much happier carrying a camera in this than say a normal small camera case as it gives speedy and easy access to camera gear in my bag. Highly Recommended by me

I have been using this camera cube for the past few years and I love it, it's coming with me on all the trips where I bring my camera. It can easily fit a full frame camera body and two lenses. I also pack my cleaning kit into the side pocket. Besides carrying the camera equipment it is also useful to carry hard drives or other fragile objects.

Para lo que lo necesitaba es excelente! Cabe dentro de la mochila y protege una camara DSCP con lente gran angular y un pequeño teleobjetivo.
