Is this sub better than the "vonyx swa18 18" active subwoofer bass bin dj disco party pa sub speaker 1000w "

This sub is better in terms of having 2 x inputs and 2 x outputs, however the 18" sub will naturally produce better bass

What is the rms power?

Call me unlucky, but I bought the 18in version. 1st one damaged and didn't work at all. 2nd one damaged and only one Xlr output worked, so couldn't play left and right in stereo. They offered me a reduction, but it wasn't enough IMO.

Hello, I use it for DJing in my local pub (along with a set of powered speakers) as a bass bin for that level of volume it does the job and it's reasonably priced
