Best Denture Adhesive Ever
Game changer. Two years and believe me I've tried everything else. Had top denture relined twice which doesn't help much. Tried every adhesive including gunky pink stuff of every description, best hold, ultra, professional... Within an hour I'm reapplying. Tried sealant pads and strips, they just slide out after an hour or so, the one you cut to size nearly chokes me and I have to replace every couple of hours. The strips dissolve, don't know where they go. This however, I wish I had found two years ago. It stays hours. After a 12 hr shift some has gone but the teeth are still in place. Thank you. Yes you have to get the residue off with a soaking tablet and a denture brush but who cares, my denture stays in place. After two years of struggle, thank God I found this. I didn't like the taste too much so am ordering the plain next but if I had to put up with this flavour I would if it means my teeth stay in and my gums aren't getting chafed when I eat.

Better than the rest I tried except the same manufacturer' adhesive strips
I am about to buy a second tube. It holds better than polygrip or the other with zink, meantime I read the book, The Invisible Rainbow which has a very important chaper about "Zink connection", hence I never ever would use anything with zink but means less choice. This product is a so-so, sometime it holds better, sometime not so (looks to me that salty stuff can dissolve it) and my denture is loose, reasonable that the grip is not so good with anything. For me it is a bit irritative after a couple of hours as it start to dissolve (4-5 hours time) and saliva is getting sticky and disgusting, it leaves a bit irritative feeling on my tongue and throat. Still much less leaking stuff than from the rest of them I tried and much easier to clean from mounth and denture, I soak it into very warm salty water for a couple of hours or overnight, after that it is easy to clean.

Problem dentures has a new hero
What can I say, WOW WOW WOW!!! I got my dentures yesterday they are NHS dentures full set. I have very problematic gums this is due to having a majority of my teeth taken out 7 years ago, mainly my front top and bottom. I had my remaining 5 teeth taken out last year. The problem is my gums have shrunk at the front. Yesterday I was sooo excited at getting my smile back, being able to bite into food, chew food start having celery, bombay mix etc. The dentist fitted them with polygrip I bit into a crisp out my dentures came. Later I tried fixodent out straight away, seascape one bite top and bottom out. I was REALLY nervous I tried this tonight and WOW, I managed to eat celery, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers it was amazing. I had them in for a couple of hours and I admit they were stuck in, but after a wiggle they came out. A bit of residue was left but brushing with a toothbrush and a swill of mouthwash sorts this out. My only con was I had the same taste in my mouth as the smell of acrylic nail liquid, but that is because it is the same base. But hey-ho, I would rather be able to eat and smile and talk WITHOUT my new teeth flying out.

Not worth the extra money
has a strong and unpleasant taste which takes a good while to leave. The adhesion is only very marginally better than Fixodent best hold for a full upper and no different on a full lower. Twice the price for not much benefit - I do not recommend

Great product
Great grab/adhesion but what’s with the burning sensation? Not nice that, but all in all it’s better than polygrip or fixodent, put my choppers in at 5am and it’s now 5pm and not a wiggle all day, tried to take them out and it’s like a vacuum, going to see how long they will stay in, a little pricey for the size of the tube but apart from the burning then I can’t really fault it. 1 star because it doesn’t taste very nice 3 stars because it’s a bit pricey and full stars because it’s great at doing what it’s meant to do. Some may say it doesn’t hold but each to their own.

I rarely give 5 stars as everything has room for improvement. I only use adhesive on my lower denture so finding a good adhesive is tough. I also don't use very much. I started with a small dot near the back of each side and a dot in the center. My dentures fit well but bottoms, if you know the struggle... I also tried spreading it out thin to see if one way works better. I found both ways comparable. I have allergies to zinc and the red dye found in many adhesives so I tried this one and went for sensitive just in case. I don't have the tingling that many get. I do apply adhesive to clean and dry denture and let it sit for a minute, usually while cleaning my top denture. I apply denture to dry gum and bite down for 20 or so seconds. It says to wait 15 minutes but I usually wait 30 mins before eating or drinking. You can actually feel your denture locking tight on your gums. It lasts me over 12 hours. I know some people add fixodent powder on top of the adhesive and found that helpful, I have not found a need to and I have a zinc allergy. I believe that what you eat may be part of the problem for some people as tougher foods might make any denture pop. Body chemistry matters as some work better with different formulas. I also think it matters if you are new to dentures or how well they fit. The tube is smaller so it does cost a bit more than some but I also found I need quite a bit less than those others and once a day is all I need. The aloe and myrrh also add soothing and anti bacterial components that are helpful. When removing my denture I find very little adhesive on my gums and removing from dentures is easy with a paper towel. I use Dawn to get the rest. Using a dry micro fiber cloth works great on gums. I also use very little adhesive to begin with so that may be why. If you are frustrated, this is worth a shot. If it doesn't seem the right fit, keep the tube as it may work better once you get used to new dentures or if the fit of your denture changes.

Okay, so I had my top teeth pulled and got my immediate temporary denture. When the swelling in my gums went down, of course there are large gaps. My teeth are loose. We've had some issues getting my second temporary plate so I've had to wear these longer than expected. Fixodent Professional wouldn't hold them, Sea-Bond wouldn't hold them. I began searching online and saw that this product had great reviews. I read the reviews and took what the reviews had to say about application and tried it. My teeth stayed in for 24 hours before I removed them!! I could eat even with loose dentures! This is just my top plate I don't know how they would be on lowers but I'll tell you what I learned through reading the other reviews about application. First of all make sure the Denture is completely dry before applying adhesive. After you apply your Secure Denture Adhesive take a q-tip and spread the layer over the middle hump that goes in your mouth THIN!!! This adhesive swells just a bit to create a cushion. If you use too much they may feel loose in your mouth but they're still stuck believe me! Take a paper towel and dry the inside of your mouth. Put the teeth in, bite firmly, held for about 90 seconds, and don't eat or drink anything for 15 minutes. As an extra measure you can take a few tip and run it along the back of the plate and make sure none is leaked out into the back of your throat if you feel there's some there but I have not had that problem. That's it! Your teeth are in for all day long!! You do of course have to scrape some glue from your mouth when you remove them, but it's well worth the fit. You do not need to use as much glue if your dentures are well fitting! So there's not as much cleanup after. If you have trouble getting the adhesive from your denture, soak them in a bit of water and baking soda and it'll roll right off. I imagine if you could rent with water and baking soda it would help you remove the glue from your mouth but I can't stand the taste so I can't do that LOL. I hope this review will help some people. This is the best denture adhesive I know of! 100 Stars!!

I was hoping the advertisement was true and honest. I read the reviews and there were so many great ones. Because of the reviews I bought for my husband, he's had these dentures, top and bottom for a month now. We hate them. They will NOT stay in. This stuff said it would last all day. But it didn't. He followed the directions, even waited 30 mins before eating or drinking coffee. The 1st sip of coffee and he felt it come lose on bottom. First bite of food they came completely lose and he had to remove them so he could eat. He's tried things that people in the reviews said they did to make them stay all day, but nothing helps. Update: we continue to buy this because my husband says it holds better than any other he's used. I myself dont use it, because I dont have dentures. But I also don't feel like this stuff holds good. His top ones stay(most days, not all), but the bottoms only stay if he is not eating or drinking anything. As soon as he puts anything cold or hot, or bites down they come loose. But he says it's better than other brands he's used.
