I think they do what they say they do. I've had for a few months and my skin is very clear. My nail still break a lot so I may need another vitamin for that.

Excellent Product
Standard Process makes excellent supplements. The Collagen C works well for my golfer/tennis elbow. I also take Ligaplex II. They work well together.
