I got this as a gift for my partner who has been thinking of getting a tattoo but unsure what to get. It is really informative as well as being a great coffee table book. Gorgeously designed. Would recommend.

I stupidly thought this might be jam packed full of reference images, but instead images are only offered for the occasional words listed (although they are large which is nice) and the text is set out sparsely so that not as much information is in the book as you’d expected. What content is in there is good.Although that said, this would make a reasonable stocking stuffer gift if you’ve a friend interested in tattoos.

I read this book in just a few days of receiving it and loved it. Very informative and interesting. I wish their was an illustration to go with each explanation but I still loved it

Bookcover was scrubbed top and down so padding was shown. Page 1 or 2 have still a cut-out of the cutting process from the printing service they used. The book feels used. But I have already written down my name in it because its in the tattoo studio I am working at.However: The book itself is loaded with information. Sadly most of which more about lore about actual designs and not very much about the meaning of the tattoo itself. I wont spoil anything from it, but mention that "horns and colors matter what kind of dragon you get" isnt very informative when thats all you get.Since I am an tattoo apprentice, I guess I can use this for customers to look at when I tattoo them, if they are curious.
