Your question is confusing to me. Assuming you mean is there a "left" and a "right" ankle model, my response: It comes 1 to a pack, and it is not biased to either foot. In other words, each such brace is identical and can be used on either ankle.

I am a woman wearing an 8.5 wide shoe. I've been wearing the small ankle brace. My ankles are normal sized. I lace the brace tight in the ankle area to help it give me support. It works really well if I lace it tight. You might need the extra small. It will probably fit great if your foot is normal width. However, you will be able to control the snugness around your ankles by how tightly you lace it.
