Great stuff. Emulsions don't evaporate the flavour like essences do so it produces a good flavour.

Works ok, does not taste as lemony as I hoped, fine in buttercream, but I was disappointed with the flavour of lemon after the cake was cooked not as strong as I hoped, works better than shop bought essence though
