NOT THE BLACK EDITION!
This is not the "Black Edition" it's single SIM. The "Black Edition" according to BlackBerry has support for two SIM cards. This only has one SIM, so it's just a black coloured version of the phone.

Excellent battery life but crippled by the 2GB RAM and build quality.
After much research online and on YouTube I decided this would be ideal for me as most reviewers stated this phone gets stuff done! I'm sad to say IT DOES NOT! I did not buy my phone from Amazon but MusicMagpie direct as a factory reconditioned phone in excellent condition. Initially I was extremely pleased with the design and huge battery life compared with other phones I've owned in the past. However 3 weeks later the screen completely fell out and had to be returned and when I contacted BlackBerry UK they stated they didn't track phone refurbs by serial number! The replacement was OK but overall it was slow to respond when loading apps and moving between apps. I struggled with the keyboard and the sheer size of the phone and after 5 months of uninstalling apps to reduce the memory usage and struggling to use it just for day to day business emails, I gave up and bought another phone. There are far better phones out there.
