This is a fantastic product that will both delight your small person and monumentally piss off the poor bastard who draws the short straw and has to build it. My two and a half year old absolutely loves this and plays with it loads - the quality is good and it looks nice too. Instructions and parts are good but it is complicated and super fiddly to construct. My husband spent at least two hours swearing whilst building it and claims that it’s easier to put together an actual kitchen from B&Q - which is saying something. But it kept him out of my way for several hours, so it’s a five star review from me 😂

Kidkraft Kitchen :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
Me and the Wife absolutely love this kitchen, it looks even better in real life, and not one bit does it look cheap. We ordered Sat AM for delivery Sunday AM and the delivery driver arrived nice and early. It takes a good hour or so t put together and the instructions are really straight forward and easy to follow. My only 2 complaints are that it was a tiny tiny bit damaged, under the work top which holds the sink, oven hobs etc there is a block of wood at each end which enables you to secure the work top to the base. The holes that are used for the screws to fasten the blocks were damaged therefore would not grip the screws so it is only fastened on one side (more than secure, just need to be-careful lifting it).As it was our daughters birthday on the Sunday we didn't think it was damaged enough to warrant returning it plus she was so excited to put it together. I imagine this is a one of issue so please do not let my review put you off.For the price you don't get any accessories etc with it i.e plates, cutlery, plastic food etc.

Very pretty little play kitchen
I chose this play kitchen as I didn't want anything too big nor did I want anything to garish in terms of colour. I was also looking for something that didn't have 'stickers' representing knobs, food in the oven, utensils on the shelves, etc. This item ticked all boxes for me.The neutral colour scheme means it should work perfectly in any child's room and because it is easy on the eye it doesn't look too bad in my sitting room.A downside is that you have to construct it yourself, which on opening the box and pulling out a myriad of parts seemed like a daunting task! However, the instructions were really, REALLY easy to follow, and as long as you have enough room to get all the parts out and lay them out in order on the floor then it's a doddled to get through. It took me about 2hrs 30mins to assemble.I would have given it 5 stars if my 3 year old hadn't have managed to break the oven door off it's hinges within the first 4 hours of use - a design fault possibly as the door should really be able to swing back on itself. I was obviously annoyed that it was ruined within a day but the company that produces the kitchen (KidKraft) offer free replacements via their website, so I just popped in my product number and details and within a week an new door arrived. In my opinion this product is well manufactured, carefully packaged and has clear instructions for assembly. I would recommend to a friend and would definitely consider purchasing other items from the same manufacture as they produce lovely wooden toys and children's furniture.

Gorgeous, well made.
Arrived fast and well wrapped. All bits supplied and perfect. Easily constructed (takes a good hour or so) very sturdy and well made. My daughters love it and everyone who sees it comments on how lovely it is. Not too big but just right. So pretty, well worth the high cost. Better than plastic any day.Brilliant.

Great product!!
I decided to buy this kitchen when the secondhand one I was bidding on ebay for became more expensive than new!! Crazy. I am so happy with this kitchen, it looks great and my children (3 & 1) love it. The package was missing a few parts which made me concerned as someone had mentioned customer service were awful. But I did not find this at all. Although a little frustrating not to have all the parts, just one phone call and email sorted the problem and I received the parts within 10 days - they do warn a 10-14 day shipping. Customer Service were so helpful and apologetic. Fingers crossed I can sell this in five years for more money than I paid for it!!

Recommend !!!!
This is a beautiful kitchen !! My 2 year old loves it ! It’s an excellent quality kitchen. Wasn’t the easiest to assemble - patience needed and to allow time to do it, don’t do it the night before a birthday - but once up its worth it !!! this beats a plastic type kitchen any day !!!

Rubbish. Looks lovely once it's up but getting it ...
Rubbish. Looks lovely once it's up but getting it put up is the issue. We had screws that wouldn't work I think it was the MG screws they would only screw on so far which then caused the wood to snap. It's an absolute disaster. Not worth the £120 I paid.

Lots of parts chipped and damaged!
Kitchen is really very poor quality. Looks lovely from a distance but so many parts arrived damaged and chipped. Excellent Kidcraft customer service who immediately shipped replacement parts (from Texas so allow for a few weeks for parts!) but although each part was encased in foam they were all chipped and marked too. It's not the packing that's the problem, it's the quality control of the parts leaving the factory. The kitchen is definitely not worth the £119 it cost us but if you can buy it when it's very reduced and have time to wait for lots of replacement parts it looks much nicer than the plastic kitchens and our 2 year old daughter loves it!
