Can anybody please recommend a drawing pad best suited to this ink. Brought as a gift, so have no idea!

How long does this ink take to dry

A couple of minutes if applied thinly; a little longer if sitting in thick lines or blobs. Would also depend on ambient temperature and humidity, so drying time varies.

When dry is this a permanent black ink?

It is permanent, I have used watercolour over the top

Can this ink be used in a fountain pen?

Sorry, don't know - I've only used it with a dip pen
