Lasts forever and can just buy cheap refills if you run out. Have used these for school and are very durable. Colors are very pretty as well.

I bought these BIC Break Resistant Mechanical Pencils for my daughter to use at school, and they’ve been a great choice. The 0.7mm lead writes smoothly and is perfect for everyday assignments. The lead doesn't break easily but the metal tip that holds the lead can fall out after a while. Overall a decent pencil. Writes smoothly and erases well. I use this pencil daily and after several months of use the tip on the first one did come loose. I was able to put it back in, but it's not quite the same so I had to breakout a 2nd pencil.

LOVE THESE PENCILS!! Easy and comfortable to hold. I enjoy the array of colors. O.7 mm lead is best for me as I tend to press hard when writing and 0.5 mm lead folds underpressure. These pencils have a permanent place on my re-order list! A must have! 😀

Excellent product! Best mechanical pencils I've ever used and so good, this is my 2nd order. Noticed alot of folks having trouble with the eraser disappearing everytime they use it or replace... be sure you are twisting it up every time at the top to keep advancing it and to keep it nice and tight. Same thing happened to me until I fidgeted with it a bit. The eraser is a little soft, so it seems im always twisting mine a bit to keep it high but that's just my personal preference. Overall, an excellent product and will continue using. NOTE to BIC: I bought replacement leads from Pentel in dark super polymer because the ones that come with it are a little light and while break less than others, still break alot. Plz consider darkening and/or polymer. Thx

Muy buenos los lápices de BIC, son ergonómicos, la mina es muy oscura y resistente, el borrador es grande y muy fácil cargar las minas, me hubiera gustado más variedad de colores, solo vienen en la caja de 12 lápices el color gris y azul

This is my fav kind of pencil i literally cried when i accidentally broke my old one. These pencils have been my go to for school, they’re durable, comfortable, and very easy to use, last time I got the pack of 2 and only really used the one pencil and it lasted me the entire school year, I got the 4 pack this year cuz I lose everything and also cuz I wanted the pink pencil
