Used these and have sworn by them for decades. I use them just for fun, when I don't even need them. Really pleasant, if eye watering, vapours that really clears your blocked nose and sinuses. Great consistent quality and very simple to use.You can even stick one up each nostril, put a pair of under crackers on your head, and go "Wibble" just like Captn Blackadder....

Very useful
Good quality nice and strong. I have this thing that I have to breath through my nose to sleep properly. So I have a blast on these about an hour before I sleep, seems to help quite a bit.
