Absolutely fabulous
Absolutely fabulous .. pleasant smell and not too oily and does what it says it does I would highly recommend it .. I tried one before this and the smell wasn't good ..

General joint improvement.
Osteo arthritis and swollen, weak knee following car accident, plus night cramps in legs. My knee is back to looking more normal, night cramps have lessened and the stiffness in my ankles following damage in accident is much improved. I hope it continues. I also feel generally better.

so easy to use, immediately slept better, hope the rest of its healing properties work too. Have been put on loads nasty medication and mind & body's had serious downside from the effects. already feeling better- hope its the magnesium working as I don't fool easily.Did quite a bit of research before selecting this brand

a great altenative
to the magnesium oil. I agree with other reviews, this is not only more gentle, but the MSM adds extra benefits to the skin. Perhaps more expensive than other products I have tried, but I shall re-purchase. Highly recommended. This is perfect as a hair treatment also.

Very relaxing,the best way to get magnesium in our system,,we need it ,,there 324 processes in our body that needs it ,if we are Deficient then there's 324 processes that won't work properly,,over the years staying deficient ,wich most of us are,,,,,problems start to emerge over time )))

expensive and unsuitable for sleep problems
I bought this spray to help with my insomnia but so far it hasn't helped and I don't like the idea of spraying it on at bedtime only to have to wait 20 minutes to wash it off.... it really defeats the object of relaxing you ready for sleep because you have to wake yourself up to wash it off, not for me

Been using magnesium oil for years and this one is the best because it soaks into the skin well and does not leave the skin oily so no need to wash it off
