Purchased this to extend the wifi range of my TP-Link router, connected to a Windows 10 desktop PC (no integral wifi).Found that it was impossible to get this unit working, manually, as per instructions, or using WPS.Eventually tried using a remote laptop (with integral wifi) and it worked first time.One other problem I encountered was that the unit's MAC, as printed on the unit, was incorrect, and so my router, with MAC filtering enabled, refused access. So after much effort and time, it works.

Excellent.Stuggled to connect with my windows 10 computer as there is no integral wifi but as someone else suggested I used a lap top instead and it connected straight away. Really simple and my Sky box connects with a much better signal. If you do not have a lap top but can borrow one with wifi then this is the easiest way to connect. Thank you and it was cheap as chips too !!

Works well can be a bit of a job to connect but once done well worth buying has made my internet upstairs a lot better good price delivered on time would buy again😀

I ordered this as a repeater to extend my home network to a dead area in our house. It was delivered promptly and set up so easy in less than 10 minutes. Plugged it in to a electrical socket, connected to my home network and set up as instructed. I then moved it to new socket location. Now a dead area in the house has excellent signal and a room in the garden which previously had no signal has enough connectivity to watch you tube video's.

Update 01.2020: this router has randomly started making the most irritating noise, like a dialup router but very high pitch. No way of contacting seller, and no way of sound muting except for switching it's power off.Received a email containing clear instructions from the seller after I purchased this. It work a treat. My main WiFi is based at the front of the doubl reception room, this Extender is based at the back pf the double reception, and no the whole house has strong WiFi.

Doesn't work. Once the set up process is complete (much trickier than it has to be) no device (tried on mac, PC on Win7, PC on Win 10 and Android phone) allows a connection to it. I can see the wireless option, but when selected, the devices fail to connect. Definitely would not recommend. Do not have time to try and figure out what crazy setting issues they have... sorry, but that is definitely the extender and not me guys.

Occasionally loses it configuration for reasons unknown and is susceptable to interference from WIFI routers next door.Once repositioned and put on a timer switch to power off/on every 24hours it seems to be stable.Had a quick response from the seller, when I first had issues, which was appreciated.
