Perfect as long as you follow the instructions
Was a bit skeptical buying because of the reviews, however I followed the instructions included and I have had 0 issues. No burning, breakage or hair loss. I really like the fact it comes with a neutralizing shampoo to stop the relaxer working when you’ve washed it out and I was lucky enough for my pack to include a pre-relaxer conditioner, conditioner for after washing and hair lotion (which all smell amazing by the way). I’ll definitely buy those products to use because they made my hair feel amazing after relaxing.

Highly recommended for adults who have mildly sensitive scalps.
I'm an adult and this is the only one I'd use. Not only does it protects the hair but I find it gentle on the scalp.

Do the job but I think : Fake or compositions change ! Never again.
I use that product for years but for the last 2 times I bought that one online either they change the composition or it is not the official one ! My scalp was hella burn even after 5-6 min ! ( did the job tho but not worth it) Something wrong with this one , I bought an other one from shop and no problems... weirdddd
