Excellent...but box picture very small
Good quality, interesting, educational jigsaw with diverse shaped pieces . Loved doing it with my 13 year old granddaughter who luckily has better eyesight than I do. I agree with another reviewer who says the puzzle needs a fold out picture so that the tiny writing along the bottom can be seen clearly as one is doing the puzzle. The picture on the box is very small. I literally had to use a magnifying glass as well as my glasses!

A fun challenge.
I had great fun with this one. It's well made, albeit the pieces are a little thin. The colours are bright and easier to follow than some of the text might be and their unique shape adds a bit of difficulty to what might otherwise be an easy jigsaw.

Quality puzzle, and educational
Bought this for my teenager, who enjoys puzzles and got some bonus exposure to the periodic table at the same time. EuroGraphics puzzles are more expensive, but they are higher quality than average with regards to thickness and piece shape diversity (a lot more fun than the standard piece shapes).

Very good, but needs a fold-out picturr, because some of the letters are very small
An excellent product and I really enjoyed it, but it absolutely needs an enlarged fold-out picture, because much of the lettering is exceedingly small. Definitely recommend it, though.

Educational and fun
I love Eurographics puzzles because of the quirky nature of the pieces - I find them easier to do if you are looking for a piece that's a particular strange shape rather than a needle in a haystack of similar shapes. This puzzle was actually very easy to do if you break it down. I did the parts with the colours where there weren't too many of the one colour to begin with, and built it up round that, leaving the orange middle bit till last. Even the plain black areas were easy to do if you left them till second last, as there weren't too many and it was easy to spot each shape. This was a request from my hubby to be framed for the spare room wall, to help our grandson when he gets older, but I thoroughly enjoyed doing it and learnt a good bit from it too.

Lovely jigsaw!
I really enjoyed this puzzle. The fact that the periodic table is a grid made the puzzle a bit easier than a pastoral scene etc, but being 1000 pieces meat that it still felt like a challenge. There's a chunk of black that took a while to do. I enjoyed learning things as I completed the puzzle. My just 6yo also enjoyed helping with this puzzle. It is a good quality puzzle - nice and thick and the pieces future together well.
