does this product have stabilisers in it

I do not know Sally An Thomas. I use it as a cleaner and I also added it to bleach my hair that had too much colouring agents, and it worked.

How easy is it to pour from safely, without spilling — does it have a pouring spout? (Wouldn't want to spill this anywhere!)

It's pretty heavy and takes a steady hand to pour when full. Gets easier as it gets emptier of course. I always pour it into a smaller container first (which i stand in the sink) then pour from that into smaller spray bottles. Any spillage cleans the sink :) Seems to be the cheapest way to buy. I usually dilute it 50/50 with deionised water and it seems to work fine. Anything dirty foams and I leave it for 5 mins then wipe off, wearing gloves of course. Though I do sometimes forget to wear any, but if you wash your hands thoroughly afterwards there shouldn't be a problem. It's not bleach remember, it's water with an extra oxygen molecule...

will this kill mould spores (e.g. Aspergillus, Penicillum etc) when used in the washing machine on contaminated clothing?

I use it everywhere spray it on stained clothing, bathroom tiles, in the kitchen. I delute it on clothes, and on carpets stains. Hope this helps

The expiration date will be on the bottle. It will depend on when it was manufactured.
