How many uses did it take to lighten?

First ,best to get the spray! Depend how dark your hair is to start with, I’m going grey so it didn’t take that long, it’s heat that makes it go lighter quicker, around 3or 4 goes the heat of the hairdryer makes it even lighter or the sun, it’s a good product, I love it once you have got it blonde it’s easy.

Does anyone know how to get the pump working please?

Check there isnt a clip, Usually I Twist the pump head anti-clockwise and it rises up.

Can you use this on dyed hair?

If you're using on dyed hair it will cause colour fading,
