Bought this pillow for my husband as he’s been struggling with shoulder and neck pain, has not slept well in a while, so I thought I’ll give it a try. He said he slept well for the first time in months . Feels the pillow has the perfect Firmness for him, the Cooling Effect allow him to not perspire, the design is perfect for side sleeping or back sleeping and I liked that it has two different nights. I like that it comes with a pillow cover although I also added our own pillow case for more protection but having its own cover will make it easier to wash rather then the whole pillow, we did not detected any smells and the size is perfect. I’m thinking of getting one for myself before I steal it from him. I did tried after he went to work and it was comfortable to my neck and shoulders definitely will be getting one for my self.

I typically wait a long time before reviewing products just to ensure I am giving a good, honest review. I used this pillow last night for the first time, and I had to write this today! I recently found out I have "military neck, or tech neck," due to straightening of the cervical lordosis. After one use, my neck feels incredibly better. I believe my issue was caused by prolonged computer use and terrible posture. The larger hump in the pillow if perfect for stretching and extending my neck. I have zero complaints. Make sure you let the pillow fully inflate after taking it out of the package. I would highly recommend purchasing this product if you're tired of pain!

I bought these pillows to replace contour pillows from a different company. I wasn’t really expecting much since they were significantly cheaper than the ones I was replacing, but I couldn’t see spending $150 for a pillow.Our pillows arrived separately and on different days, but we got them within a week. After I unwrapped the pillows they quickly shaped up. They are on the firm side, but I hope that means they will maintain their shape and quality. The pillows do have a slight smell after unwrapping, but I simply let them air out for a few hours before sleeping on them and them were fine.My husband and I have slept very well on these pillows since we’ve gotten them. Even though they seemed firm, they still give like a memory foam pillow should.Overall, we have liked these pillows. The only reason I gave the 4 star rating was because of the slight smell. Other than that, they are great!

I received my Povolo 27 pillow several days ago and started using it to sleep. I started out using the larger side of the pillow and was not having much luck sleeping good. Last night I turned the pillow around and slept on the lower side. That made a world of difference. I slept like a baby after I figured out to use the lower side! I am only 5’ tall and have a short neck, so the lower side is just right! So the design is great!

Pillow is soft yet supportive. The curve even though not ideal for me, the other side was because of the length between my neck and shoulder. Whether you’re side or back sleep this thing is ideal. Also, if you use the curved side, it is helpful for 2 reasons - High loft and neck stretch. The height (loft) of the pillow is “adjustable” because the curved side is higher than regular size.The pillow does not sink like traditional pillow. There is no smell to the pillow when you live face down as well. Unlike traditional pillow, I found this pillow to be soft and sturdy at the same time. I have 13 pillows and the 14th one is my favorite.I suggest this product because customer support is great. Give it a try, you can always return it.

I love this pillow! I have severe neck problems and often get headaches because of it. I got this pillow to see if it would help me. It is very comfortable to sleep on and provides the support I need. I have also used it both ways. One side has a slight curve and the other is larger. I used the slight curve for a few years and lately have needed to switch to the larger curve side to provide neck relief from holding my head up all day. I even bought 2 of these pillows when I went to visit my parents. I ordered it and had it sent to their house so I would have neck support when I stayed for a few weeks.

I was wondering why I was waking up with neck pain. Then I realize it was my pillows causing the problem. I researched numerous pillows claiming to relieve neck pain and increase comfort. I am very happy that I purchased this pillow. Not only did my neck pain go away; I actually sleep better.

The pillow it self is good quality and does support my neck pretty well while sleeping on my back, not so much on my side. The outer case is soft and is cool to the touch. Also removable for easy washing. I would say it's a little hard for my preference but not to much where I can't use it. If you're looking for a medium hard pillow for neck support while sleeping on your back then this will be a decent pillow for you.
