I bought it confidently from the reviews, and omgggg it delivers 100%!!!I am 5ft 1 and 128 lbs currently, bought an x-small for the snuggest fit possible based on what reviews said. I lift weights and I want to start fixing my posture and being more conscious of my core throughout the day, and this is IT. This is exactly what I’ve wanted from every waist cincher I’ve ever bought, but only THIS ONE has turned out how I dreamed the perfect waist cincher should be. It’s literally perfect. I like extra snugness around my “mom pooch” just above my hips, and this is the only one I’ve found that can done exactly what I want without compromising fit/comfort. I have a short torso but that doesn’t affect the fit of the product at all which is usually not the case. The ability to customize the fit is amazing and two layers of double-sided Velcro makes this SO INSANELY SECURE! It’s amazing, it works exactly as I dreamed it would, I am so happy. I am wearing it over a cami just because I don’t want to sweat directly onto it, I don’t wanna have to wash it every other day. But it seems like it’ll hold up in the wash well. I’ll probably put it in a delicates bag by itself.Just get it, sis. Don’t hesitate. Don’t walk. RUN! You’ll love it!!

Product does exactly what it's supposed to do. I ordered two, this is my second purchase and absolutely love them. Quality material, true to size yet very stretchy & durable so even if you size down it is comfortable to wear. Excellent coverage I have a longer torso and it does not roll up or scrunch while it also cinches your waist. Noticed results quickly also supports good posture. Wear during daily activities or working out either way. I could go on for days. Love it. Recommend 100%

I ordered based off the size guide. I can tell its very sturdy and comfortable. But I needed a size smaller. I returned in exchange for a smaller size. Will update my review after receiving the correct size.

I would give this a 4/5, it's a good quality, nice and thick material so it stays in place pretty well, doesnt roll down. But, I would size up, I'm 5'9, 180lbs and wear a size M shirt, I got a M and it just fits around my hips, so I definitely can't gain any weight with it or it will not be fitting lol. So my only issue with the item is due to the comfortability of it, I wouldn't say that it is the most comfortable waist trainer. I'll give it time wearing and come back and change my review if things change...but I will say, I wish it was cheaper...

I weigh 130 lbs and ordered a size S — it fits perfectly! This waist trainer gives an instant hourglass shape without feeling too tight. The material is strong yet comfortable, perfect for workouts or daily wear. Definitely worth it if you want to look and feel snatched!

I'm 5'4" 198lbs. I bought a medium as I wanted a more snug fit. It's not uncomfortable and it doesn't dig. I love the way this shapes my body!!! I can comfortably wear this while doing house work, or working from home! It's soft yet sturdy! If you're looking for a good waist trainer with no frills try works?... look no further!!!

I saw a very similar one online so I checked with Amazon and here it is! Definitely am excited about training my waist and losing weight! I have no trouble breathing it is comfortably stretchy. I will be wearing it to the gym, it also corrects your posture. The value fir the money is awesome. I am going to order another one that way, I will have one for the gym and one to wear everyday.
