The confit isn't terrible, but I wanted a standard sweet confit, not some winter spice blended chutney. And what was delivered was chock full of coriander, black peppercorns, and star anise. If I was making a holiday meal with ham in December, I might like it, but it's not something I want to eat with grilled chicken on a summer evening.What really alarms me though, is that there is no mention of spices in the ingredients. If there are multiple spices that aren't listed, it's not a trustworthy product in my opinion. I'll be contacting Amazon for a refund and tossing it out.

My daughter loves this product. Decent price. Item well packaged to avoid breakage. Would highly recommend.
