Littlepod Natural Vanilla Bean Paste 100 ml

A nice vanilla bean paste - matches up well compared to other vanilla pastes on the market. Flavour is nice and complex, forward sweet, bready and floral notes and lighter on the dark and spicy notes (still enough present to add richness) The squeeze container is handy for minimizing washing up of spoons and will hopefully keep the product fresher for longer by minimizing exposure to air. Value for money is not quite as good as what you might pay for a vanilla paste at a supermarket and I wouldn't say the flavor is any better but the convenience might make this a better product overall.

I use vanilla paste every morning in my breakfast yoghurt. This is a lovely product as you can easily squeeze out as much as you need and drop it in. Previously, i always found it hard to get the vanilla paste from jars off the spoon. Will last a long time and has a wonderful taste for the price.

Bought and used as recommended by the owner who I met at a party. I tried the recipe from their website to make ice cream - it was gorgeous, I have had to resist making more .....yet .... as I ate far too much! A little on the expensive side but flavour was great.

This product is excellent. Someone who bakes cakes professionally recommended it to me and since then I use it often to make vanilla buttercream, or whenever a recipe calls for vanilla. I find it much more convenient than using vanilla beans, especially if you just want a hint of vanilla flavour in your cereal or porridge.

Really tasty concentration of flavour but expensive.

It definitely packs a vanilla punch and you don't need that much. The down side is it keeps coming out of the tube. I always end up with too much and some excess in the lid.

This was not available from usual grocery shop- it was an ingredient in Nadya Hussain cookery and I did not want to substitute for anything else. I made the chocolate caramel flan from her book and it went down a storm and I have used it in other bakes since with success. This is an excellent addition to your baking cupboard

Really strong vanilla flavour. Fantastic value. Do NOT use vanilla extract if you can have this. It's a little bit bitter on its own but you're never going to eat it directly. Unbeatable.
